CLIENTS | Example Wedding Day Timeline (With and Without a First Look!)

I always get asked what a wedding day timeline will look like! Here are two example timelines- one with a first look and one without. Not sure if you want to do a first look? Check out my blog post here! I always add more time than I think I’ll need in the timeline. Better to have too much time + some downtime than not enough and feel rushed. I also ALWAYS customize my timelines for exactly what my couple want. Don’t want to miss cocktail hour? Great! NO problem, you’ll be there! Want to do an hour of portraits with your new hubby at sunset? GREAT, we’re doing it! This is YOUR wedding day, this isn’t about me or the photos, its about making sure you have the best day ever!!

 

Here’s an example timeline with a first look with the sun setting at 5pm

11:00am Getting Ready + Detail Photos

12:00pm Dress On

12:30pm Leave for venue

1:00pm First Look

1:30pm Bridesmaids

2:00pm Groomsmen

3:00pm Ceremony

3:30pm Extended Family

4:15pm Sunset Photos 

5:00pm Grand Entrance
